Vikas completed his BA. LL.B. from Symbiosis Law School, Pune in 2007 and also holds a diploma in International Business Laws & Corporate Laws in India from Symbiosis Law School, Pune. Vikas was admitted to the practice of law at the Bar Council of Delhi in 2007 and is also a Member of the Delhi High Court Bar Association. Vikas practices in a wide cross-section of Courts and Tribunals and has represented clients’ in an array of matters related to Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Family Law, Company Law, Consumer Law, Recovery & Property Suits, Disputes related to contracts, Labour Laws, Wills & Probate, et al. Vikas regularly assists clients’ on various complex matters pertaining to civil, criminal, corporate and commercial litigation. He has been representing and advising clients’ in matters relating to writs, debt recovery, winding up, arbitration claims, matrimonial disputes, consumer cases and appears before the Supreme Court, High Court in Delhi, Trial Courts, Consumer Courts and Debt Recovery Tribunal. For over a decade, Vikas has also been rendering advice to clients’ in mitigation of corporate disputes like, false and misleading advertising, exploitation of employees, misappropriation of funds, embezzlement, etc. Vikas has handled some very high profile cases attracting media attention and is regularly appointed amicus curiae by the High Court of Delhi.

She has worked extensively on various issues pertaining to Human Rights and Social Justice, and allied issues like women rights, child rights, women/child trafficking, child labour, environment awareness, refugee rights etc. and many allied issues. She is also a part of the team giving trainings and legal guidances about sexual harassment at work place to various organisations and educational institutions, and has given several such sessions at Punjab University, Delhi University, private organisations and other Government and non-governmental Organisations. Rakshika was admitted to the Bar Council of India in 2011 and is also a qualified company secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. She completed her graduation in commerce from Sri Venkateshwara College, University of Delhi in 2008 and LL.B from Law Centre – 1, University of Delhi in 2011.
